Burgers on our farm - our favourites
You may argue that way may be a little pre-jediced, but I will be honest here. The favourite burgers at our place are not your typical hamburgers.

But if a family vote would be taken, Lamb burgers outweigh all. They are naturally juicy, and seasoned appropriately, host pleasant and subtle flavours. Toppings don’t need to be special. Tomato, greens, and mustard and mayo are perfect.
Here is one of our all-time favourite lamb burger recipes: Lamb Burgers (As far as seasonings go, we use ½ teaspoon salt, ½ tsp dried thyme leaves and 1 tsp dried rosemary leaves.)

On the turkey burger side, a nice big turkey burger makes a lighter change from a typical red meat burger, and are delicious served with sprouts, cheese, caramelized onions and honey mustard.
This is a great recipe: Turkey Burgers (We usually skip out on the pickles and smoked turkey for toppings though.)
And this recipe is also a winner. We love it with salsa, Monterey jack cheese, and can also serve it without the bun, but just with rice with cilantro and onion greens. Jalapeno Turkey Burgers
